Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Project Support:
Assist in managing the planning, design, and execution of transportation and infrastructure projects, in line with industry standards and client requirements.
- PMC Assistance:
Support PMC processes, including scheduling, monitoring, budgeting, procurement, risk identification, and quality assurance. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Coordinate communications with clients, government agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. - Departmental Development:
Mentor junior engineers; contribute to training programs and help build technical capacity within the department. - Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant local, regional, and international codes, standards, and regulations. - Reporting:
Prepare technical documents, progress reports, and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholder
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Planning, or related field; Master s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in transportation and infrastructure planning, with at least 3 years in a PMC or similar senior engineering role.
- Experience with large infrastructure projects in the GCC; preference given to candidates with Saudi Arabia experience.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Membership in a recognized professional engineering institution is an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
