Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead several IT projects with defined scope, cost, and schedule, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Apply project management best practices aligned with PMO frameworks, from initiation through closure.

Define project scope, objectives, and resource allocation in coordination with all relevant stakeholders.

Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure adherence to plans.

Conduct risk and issue management to mitigate potential project disruptions.

Manage project changes, ensuring all variations are properly assessed, approved, and communicated.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships to ensure project deliverables.

Foster strong collaboration between technical, operational, and leadership teams for effective execution.

Ensure project documentation, reports, and dashboards are accurate and regularly updated.

Promote continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery methodologies within the DBS organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree or higher in a technology-related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a project leadership role.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with PMO frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of core business processes in Oil & Gas.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven vendor and contract management experience across the project lifecycle.
  • Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.
