Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Presentation materials and minutes of decisions for the COMOP, COPIL and COSTRAT bodies, ensuring the traceability of arbitrations.
Creation of monthly dashboards consolidating key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the volume of changes and the effectiveness of Problem Management.
Creation of compliance and risk analysis reports to validate the quality of files before production. Updated remediation action plans for monitoring technical root causes, as well as summary notes to support management decision-making.
Comp tence:
My mastery of the ITIL framework: in-depth expertise in change management and problem management processes.
Technical culture Network and Telecom: general knowledge of LAN/WAN architectures, routing protocols, security equipment and IP telephony solutions to challenge demands.
High volume sorting flow management: capacity to process and structure the governance of more than 1200 monthly changes.
Reporting engineering: mastery of data extraction and data visualization tools for the creation of KPIs and management dashboards.
Advanced Google Workspace expertise: mastery of Google Sheets and Google Slides for the design of complex dashboards and dynamic presentation materials.
Governance facilitation techniques: mastery of meeting management methods and structuring of materials for COMOP, COPIL and COSTRAT bodies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bac+5 degree (engineering school or university) oriented towards computer science, or equivalent experience.
Over 7 years of experience in specialist project management.
Experience in the retail/mass distribution sector would be an advantage.
