Plan and manage projects from commencement until completion in a profitable manner

Develop and modify project management plans including proposals, detailed work breakdown structure, schedule of tasks, risk mitigation strategies, process maps, statements of work etc.

Determine whether project scope and objectives are met in a timely and cost-effective manner

Plan effectively around delivery constraints, optimize plan to maximize benefits and minimize risk

Provide consistent progress updates on project deadlines/ timelines to Senior Management highlighting any changes/variations

Evaluate project outcomes against planned deliverables and monitor project milestones to ensure timely completion

Conduct site visits and approve Consultant and Sub-Contractor’s submittals

Manage subcontractors, suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables

Ensure use of industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution Track project cost, objectives by managing resources in an efficient and cost-effective manner

Evaluate project outcomes against planned deliverables and monitor project milestones in order to ensure delivery of projects within budgets
