Senior Project Manager Event Production BeWunder

The ideal candidate will be motivated and aspire to further build our capabilities in the Event Production unit beyond standard event technology projects and to strategically expand our market reach.
Together with our team of project managers, technical managers, estimators, coordinators and site managers you will ensure high quality project planning and delivery. You will lead your projects with a transparent (i.e. communication-intensive) and collaborative management style, that heavily relies on knowledge, expertise and problem-solving skills of the teams.

• As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for the high-quality planning, delivery and commercial success of your projects.
• You will be the main point of contact for our clients from concept design phase through to implementation on site. Your organized, structured and solution-oriented management of the projects will make our clients always feel in good hands and ensure a smooth event delivery.
• Coordinate a project team of specialist technical planners, estimators, coordinators, site managers and other team members. You will create the necessary project structures, provide guidance for the team members, ensure communication flows freely at all stages and create alignment amongst the team.
• Proactively build and maintain a strong network of clients, partners, subcontractors, freelancers and other stakeholders within our industry.
• Support our Event Production team across different disciplines with your creativity, experience and specialist know-how.
• Collaborate with the Crew unit on resource planning for assigned projects using EasyJob software.
• Collaborate with the QHSE unit on necessary projects on-site/off-site HSE - QAQC requirements and compliances.

• Minimum 5 years of project/ technical management experience within AVL (audio-video-lighting) or scenic in the event field.
• Technical knowledge of Audio, Video and Lighting systems and control.
• Knowledge and experience with current entertainment technology.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets.
• Strong industry network in the UAE and KSA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
