Senior Project Manager Event Production

In this role, you will work closely with the in-house team of technical managers, estimators, planners, coordinators, and site managers to deliver seamless projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept design through to implementation with structured, solution-focused leadership.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and reliable project delivery.
• Oversee project planning, budget management, timelines, and execution across audio, video, lighting, scenic, and staging disciplines.
• Manage and align project teams with clarity and transparency, promoting a collaborative and communicative environment.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, freelancers, subcontractors, suppliers, and production partners.
• Contribute technical and creative insight to the Event Production team across various disciplines.
• Coordinate with the Crew unit for personnel planning via EasyJob.
• Ensure compliance with all QHSE (Health, Safety & Quality) regulations on-site and off-site.
