Senior Project Manager IT Strategy and Governance Sr. Specialist

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Management, Management Information Systems, or related major.
• Experience:
• 20+ years of overall experience.
• 15+ years in Project Management with UAE Corporate and Government organizations.
• Skills & Certifications:
• Strong bilingual communication (Arabic/English).
• Strong stakeholder and executive management skills.
• Expertise in tendering processes within UAE federal environments.
• Proficiency in SDLC (Waterfall and Agile).
• PMP, Scrum, or Prince2 certification.
• Strong experience in people change management, system integration, and governance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee IT governance strategies for FTA projects.
• Ensure proper project governance and dependency management across departments and vendors.
• Oversee integration with external UAE government entities and related systems.
• Facilitate and manage tendering processes in line with UAE federal policies.
• Coordinate and follow up on targeted campaigns to drive Corporate Tax awareness and registration.
• Manage the project constraints of scope, time, and cost under tight deadlines.
• Prepare detailed strategy plans and project roadmaps.
• Ensure full compliance with FTA policies, processes, and UAE labor laws.
