Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate complex, multi-faceted banking projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative environment, providing clear direction, and resolving conflicts to maximize productivity and achieve project milestones.
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively, tracking expenditures, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions to stay within financial parameters.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, to ensure successful project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 20+ years of hands-on project and program management experience

  • Proven track record of delivering high-value projects on time and within budget

  • Strong leadership in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams

  • Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
