Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10-15+ Years Experience in handling small, medium, large scale IT Software and Hardware Projects end to end from initiation, implementation to closure

• Handled Government Projects in Dubai Region and should know about the Process and Policies in general for executing IT Projects with good Knowledge in Documentation.

• experience in Operations of IT Projects and Team Leading Skill to Manage Staffs working under the Project.

• Collaborate with client Project Manager and Customer Stake holders, Report & Document internally.

• work in Agile for the Project Execution and able to interact with different stake holders of customer for Project execution, Invoicing etc.

• Candidate should Handle Multiple Projects and Report to PMO daily/weekly wise on the Project Progress.

• Visit to customer Premise as Onsite Project Manager for Certain Projects.

• Strategic and Leadership Skills are Added Advantage, Delivery and Execution Excellence is must.

• Good Awareness on the Latest Technology and IT industry Practices is must.

• Financial & Commercial Acumen

• Performance and SLA Monitoring Skills

• Revenue impacting delivery Ownership skill is must

• Technical Knowledge on PMO Standards and Project Management tools, Certification of PMP or any other Project Management Profession course is an added advantage

• Ability to Manage a Team and give directions for the execution and implementation of Projects. Ability to manage and do the documentation as per the Project Requirements from clients.

• Translating Business needs in to Technical Delivery

• Ability to involve in technical discussion with internal Team members and Client Technical Team.

• Bachelor of Engineering Graduate or Equivalent is Must

• Good inter personnel and customer communication skills (Arabic Speaker with Fluent English)

• Team Player and Efficient

• Project documentation expertise as per PMO standards for the complete Project cycle and Handover to the support Team after its Closure.

• Knowledge on Microsoft Products (Servers, OS, Azure, Databases, Knowledge on Scaling of the Infrastructure as per the Project demand)

• Knowledge on the Networking and Cabling

• Managing Variance and CR’s in Professional way

• Involvement in Invoice Submission to the client, payment follow-up as per the agreed payment milestone in the purchase order.
