Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Testing & Commissioning (T&C) to lead the planning, execution, and validation of MEP systems in large-scale projects. The role involves managing commissioning schedules, witnessing system tests, ensuring compliance with codes and standards, and delivering successful handover to clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
Develop and manage commissioning strategies, schedules, and procedures.
Oversee pre-commissioning, functional, performance, and integrated system testing (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV/BMS).
Witness, validate, and document all T&C activities ensuring compliance with project specifications and authority requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients for smooth commissioning.
Manage snagging, final documentation (O&M manuals, test sheets, as-builts), and client training
