Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scopes, deadlines, and budgets are consistently met.
• Integrate modern technologies and methodologies to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
• Act as the central point of coordination between clients, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and third-party partners.
• Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks, and ensure transparent progress reporting to all stakeholders.
• Champion a customer-centric culture by understanding client objectives and delivering outstanding service and quality at every stage.
• Enhance knowledge sharing within teams and coach members to achieve both project and personal development goals.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven project management experience (5+ years), preferably in translation, localisation, IT, or business process environments.
• Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and apply project management platforms, digital workflows, and relevant tools.
• Exceptional English proficiency, both written and verbal, needed for clear communication with international clients and teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a collaborative spirit that brings out the best in diverse, global teams.
• Advanced organisational and time management capabilities, balancing multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
