Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end ERP implementation and support projects across multiple clients
- Oversee service management operations, including incident, request, and change management processes
- Manage and monitor ticketing systems, ensuring proper assignment, tracking, and resolution within agreed timelines
- Define, implement, and monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate between functional, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Act as the primary escalation point for critical issues and client concerns
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and service dashboards
- Ensure proper resource allocation and utilization across projects and support activities
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery processes and operational efficiency
- Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring alignment on expectations and deliverables

Desired Candidate Profile
10+ years of experience in ERP consulting projects ( Preferably Oracle)
- Strong background in service management and ITIL processes
- Proven experience in managing ticketing systems and support operations
- Experience in defining and managing SLAs and KPIs
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in managing cross-functional ERP teams (functional & technical)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
