Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain timelines and quality standards.
- Manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes and outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior project managers and team members, promoting a culture of learning and professional growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction or engineering industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project risks and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
