Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:
 The candidate should be Chartered and have experience of managing large scale phased developments and the coordination of all respective Design and Feasibility disciplines in relation to the following:
Refining of existing Master Plan.
Site Surveys.
Infrastructure masterplan for the project
Establishment of detailed phasing, implementation, and investment strategy for the project.
The constructing of detailed financial models, feasibility studies and cash flows projection for the overall project and its development phases.
Full detailed design for the kick off phase of project.
Tendering for Phase 1
Construction of Phase 1.

Necessary Requirement:
Bachelor degree in Engineering
Architecture or Quantity Surveying
Proven experience in similar project
Experience 10+
Able to relocate to Kurdistan region of
Iraq
