Key Responsibilities

• Represent Project Management during bid, proposal, and contract reviews assessing scope, risks, and commercial implications; integrate lessons learned.

• Lead customer and internal kick off meetings to confirm deliverables, schedules, milestones, and responsibilities.

• Develop and implement Project Execution Plans (PEPs) aligning cost, schedule, quality, and safety; monitor performance via KPIs, forecasting, and earned value analysis; manage change, variations, claims, and risks.

• Drive cross functional collaboration (Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance) to ensure efficient execution and cash flow control; provide coaching and performance feedback to PMs, Associate PMs, and Project Coordinators; sustain strong customer relationships and capture lessons learned.

Job Knowledge, Education & Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary, high value international projects in engineered to order or capital equipment industries (mining/process preferred).

• Strong grasp of contract law, commercial terms, risk management, and cost control; financial literacy with practical SAP, MS Project, and MS Office skills.

• Engineering degree (or equivalent); PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is an advantage.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels; fluent in Arabic, French, and English (spoken and written).
