Position Overview: Beemco Enterprises is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee our interior design and fit-out projects in Muscat, Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, ensuring timely and successful project delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and effectively communicate project goals, objectives, and expectations to all stakeholders.
• Oversee project procurement, including sourcing materials, subcontractors, and suppliers, and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal project outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including designers, draughtsmen, engineers, and site supervisors, to ensure seamless project execution and timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project progress, identify potential risks or challenges, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, change orders, and other project-related documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
