Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall project execution, ensuring that it meets time, cost, and quality objectives.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to resolve issues and maintain smooth project progress.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client, consultants, and contractor
  • Track project budgets, identify cost overruns, and initiate corrective actions
  • Monitor project progress against approved baselines and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Oversee cost control, variation orders, claims, and EOT evaluations in coordination with the commercial team
  • Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained, filed, and accessible
  • Lead progress meetings and maintain strong stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle

Desired Candidate Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Arch/civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 15years of experience managing construction projects.
  • PMP certification is a must.
  • Solid experience in cost control, variation management, and EOT assessment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local regulatory requirements
  • English proficiency is a must, both written and verbal
