Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale construction projects. You will be accountable for overall project performance schedule, cost, quality and HSE while managing multi-disciplinary teams, subcontractors and client interfaces
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project initiation, planning, execution and close-out activities
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules and resource plans
- Drive HSE leadership and ensure regulatory compliance on all sites
- Oversee procurement strategy and subcontractor performance management
- Chair client progress meetings and deliver accurate project reporting to stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation measures
- Ensure quality control processes are implemented and maintained
- Mentor project managers and strengthen project delivery capability
- Manage change control and contractual claims where required
- Promote continuous improvement and adoption of digital tools
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline
- 10+ years large-scale project delivery experience with minimum 5 years in senior leadership
- Proven track record delivering complex infrastructure or industrial projects
- Strong commercial acumen and contract management experience
- Proficiency with project controls tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) and reporting systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Professional certification (PMP or equivalent) advantageous
