Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business goals
Translate business ideas and requirements into clear product features
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and operations
Drive end-to-end delivery from concept to launch
Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and user value
Ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and clear communication across stakeholders
Continuously improve product processes and delivery efficiency
Desired Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Product Leadership roles
Experience building fintech, trading, or high-complexity digital products
Strong ability to structure ambiguity and turn ideas into execution plans
Decisive, user-focused, and execution-driven mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
