SENIOR PROJECT PLANNER

 Client of Al Sayed Staffing Solution 

Responsible for leading schedule development, progress measurement, risk analysis, and planning coordination for shutdown projects.

Lead the development of detailed project schedules, including resource allocation and milestone tracking.

Ensure that all planning activities align with the overall project scope, objectives, and timelines.

Provide oversight and support to Project Planners, ensuring schedules are accurate and deadlines are met.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project schedules and updates.

Lead client progress meetings, presenting schedule updates and addressing potential delays.

Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project milestones and deliverables.

Track progress against project plans and adjust schedules as needed.

Prepare and deliver regular project reports, highlighting progress, risks, and corrective actions.

Manage project resources effectively, ensuring manpower and equipment are allocated appropriately.

Proactively identify potential schedule risks and delays, developing mitigation strategies to avoid project setbacks.

Work closely with project teams to address and resolve scheduling challenges.

Manage the scheduling and execution of turnaround activities, ensuring efficient plant shutdowns and minimal downtime.

Review resource allocation and logistics to ensure the timely completion of turnaround tasks.

Mentoring the team and fostering collaboration to overcome challenges.

Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management

Attend other tasks as directed by immediate Leader/Section head.

Preparation of Project Close out report and maintaining record/time sheets for additional work

Maintain data of each and every project in detail for the future references in centralized system.
