Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of sales contracts and project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and technical assessments to understand client needs and recommend optimal solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide technical support and after-sales service to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years experience in sales engineering or technical sales within the construction industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
