Roles & Responsibilities

(Senior property Consultant)

As a Senior Property Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing expert guidance to clients in the Egyptian real estate market. You will leverage your market knowledge and negotiation skills to help clients find their ideal properties while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • -Client Consultation: Offer knowledgeable counsel and assistance to clients on real estate investments, industry developments, and regulatory obligations.
    -Property Listings: Maintain and update real estate listings, making sure that the marketing materials and descriptions are correct and eye-catching.
    -Market Analysis: To educate clients and improve sales tactics, carry out in-depth market research to find trends, price, and competition analysis.
    -Sales Strategy Development: To reach and surpass sales goals, create and put into action efficient sales strategies.
    -Networking: Create and preserve a solid network of contacts in the real estate sector, such as investors, developers, and other advisors.
    Organize and lead property viewings, showcasing homes and emphasizing salient qualities to prospective purchasers.
    -Negotiation: Make sure that the terms and conditions of sales agreements benefit the company and its clients by negotiating them.
