Roles & Responsibilities

Core Sales Responsibilities

Sell residential, commercial, and administrative real estate units.

Contact and meet with potential clients (calls, meetings, site visits).

Present project details such as location, layouts, pricing, and payment plans.

Negotiate with clients and close sales deals.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Follow up with clients before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints in coordination with relevant departments.

Update client information using CRM systems.

Internal Coordination

Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaigns and generated leads.

Work with the legal department on contracts and documentation.

Coordinate with the finance department to follow up on payments and installments.

Reporting and Market Analysis

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Analyze market trends and competitors.

Suggest new sales opportunities and strategies.

Participate in real estate exhibitions and promotional events.

Compliance and Policies

Adhere to company sales policies and approved pricing.

Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.

Maintain confidentiality of company and client data.
