Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for creating and driving sales pipeline.
- Create and improve relation with the customer
- Maintains knowledge of competitors to strategically position the company s products and services better.
- Understanding your customers needs.
- Arrange Meeting appointments to meet new and existing customers.
- Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.
- Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Carry out all the required functions assigned by the direct manager
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Prior experience of 2-5 Years in real estate sales
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reporting and CRM experience
