Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Dubai s real estate market, including property laws, investment opportunities, and market trends. As a Senior Property Consultant, you will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties, providing expert advice tailored to their unique needs and preferences. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proven track record of success in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in all aspects of property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing.
• Conduct property viewings, market analyses, and investment consultations to inform clients decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their property needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Keep updated on Dubai s property market trends, regulations, and new project developments.
• Negotiate property deals and ensure successful closing by coordinating with legal, financial, and property management teams.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports, highlighting key property features and benefits.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a property consultant in Dubai s real estate market.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai s property market, laws, and regulations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Valid UAE driving license.
