Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Source and identify new clients through networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Stage, present, and showcase properties to potential buyers and tenants.
Advertise and market available listings across multiple digital channels to generate high-quality leads.
Understand clients’ needs, preferences, and financial capabilities to recommend suitable properties.
Conduct property viewings, highlight key features, and guide clients through the process. Negotiate and finalise deals, ensuring a smooth and professional closing process.
Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai’s real estate trends, communities, and market conditions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and landlords to create repeat business.
Work closely with developers and team leaders to stay informed on new projects and opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile
1–2 years of experience in sales or real estate (UAE market experience is a plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident, persuasive personality.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to achieve and exceed targets. Self-motivated, disciplined, and organised – able to manage time and clients effectively.
Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, or Hindi are an advantage).
A valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
