Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
-Communicate effectively with clients to understand their property requirements
-Promote and sell off-plan and secondary market properties
-Conduct property viewings and negotiations
-Maintain consistent calls, follow-ups, and client relationships
-Use CRM systems and property portals to manage listings and leads
-Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets
Desired Candidate Profile
-Minimum 1+ year experience in Dubai real estate
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Good knowledge of off-plan and secondary market properties
-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
-Ability to understand and meet client needs
-Familiarity with CRM systems and listing portals is an advantage
-Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
