Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical or Civil Engineering with strong technical grounding

• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in either Industrial, Power, Water or Oil & Gas projects in the UAE and wider GCC

• Background in EPC contracting or BOO project structures, including multidisciplinary coordination

• Expertise in preparing end to end technical and commercial proposals, including compliance matrices, methodologies, execution plans, and pricing structures

• Strong command of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity take offs, and pricing strategy

• Familiarity with local procurement channels, vendor sourcing, and UAE/GCC market pricing

• Deep understanding of local authority requirements, regional engineering standards, and international standards

• Ability to interpret tender documents, drawings, and specifications to develop accurate and competitive proposals

• Experience leading internal proposal kick off meetings and coordinating inputs from engineering, procurement, finance, and project controls

• Skilled in preparing technical write ups, project execution plans, schedules, and risk assessments

• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to support negotiation strategies

• Fluency in English, with excellent communication, writing, and stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines

• Possesses excellent professional qualities with a strong sense of responsibility and strong execution ability

• Demonstrates strong learning ability and adaptability in fast paced environments

• Priority for candidates with proven experience in Big or Mega Projects.
