This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Public Health Design Engineer from an MEP Building services consultancy design background to join a leading architectural & engineering practice in the heart of Dubai.

Healthcare projects experience & a solid understanding of HTM s is preferred.

Role & requirements Public Health Design Engineer

As a Public health design engineer, your rich experience (8+ years) will equip you to exceed in this challenging, but very rewarding role.

You will independently prepare the design of the Public health / sanitary systems to include the completion of code reviews, preparation of the basis of design, system calculations, review of Revit CAD drawings, specification preparation, site investigations, and other such design as required to execute the Public Health construction for new or renovated buildings.

Requirements

• 8-10 Minimum years of experience working within an International Design Firm, with a focus on Public Health engineering Design.

• Must be a Mechanical Engineer with a recognized degree from a nationally accredited engineering program

• Excellent technical knowledge of commercial mechanical systems and equipment including: Domestic Hot and Cold Water, Drainage, Gas Supply, Fire Fighting, Compressed Air, HVAC etc.

• Ideally experienced with HX2 IES or Hevacomp

• Ideally MASHRAE or MCIBSE certified

• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD and proper draughting methods and techniques

• Previous healthcare/hospital projects experience preferred.
