Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Role
The Senior Public Health Engineer will lead the design and delivery of public health systems for large-scale developments, ensuring regulatory compliance, technical excellence, and effective multidisciplinary coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead public health engineering design from concept through detailed design.
- Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and international standards.
- Coordinate public health systems with architectural, MEP, and infrastructure teams.
- Review and approve technical reports, calculations, and design deliverables.
- Support authority submissions, approvals, and inspections.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring within the team.
Key Knowledge and Skills
- Expert knowledge of public health systems and design standa
- Strong understanding of local regulations and international codes.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead design reviews and manage technical risks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Public Health Engineering (or related discipline).
- 20+ years experience in public health engineering.
- Proven experience on large-scale mixed-use or infrastructure projects.
- Strong authority coordination and approval experience.
- Senior-level design management background.
