Track purchase orders from issuance to delivery, ensuring timely payments.

Review and verify commercial documentation before submitting to the Finance department.

Maintain and update purchasing follow-up reports regularly.

Monitor departmental budgets and control procurement expenses.

Evaluate internal supplier lists on a semi-annual basis.

Ensure subcontractors submit required prevention plans.

Support suppliers in meeting quality improvement plans.

Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods and materials.
