Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for materials, equipment, and services in alignment with project requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure optimal terms and pricing.
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and compliance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other internal stakeholders to forecast purchasing needs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to optimize stock and minimize shortages or excess.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement activities.
  • Resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or invoicing in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate regular reports on purchasing activities, cost analysis, and supplier performance for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2 to 7 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within the real estate or facility management or construction industry.

Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Solid understanding of procurement best practices and market trends.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
