Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans and procedures for electrical works.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and standards to ensure compliance.
• Conduct inspections and testing of electrical installations and equipment.
• Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to project quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection checklists, and test records.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on quality issues.
• Identify and resolve non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Support internal and external audits related to quality systems.
• Provide guidance and training to junior QA/QC staff and site teams.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Electrical Engineer with 13+ years of experience, holding a Bachelor’s in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, KSE membership, and a valid driving license.
