Senior QAQC Engineer RAQ Contracting Company LLC

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to join our construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and local authority standards through effective quality assurance and quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
• Review and approve ITPs, Method Statements, and Material Submittals.
• Conduct and witness inspections and testing for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations of Dubai Municipality, DCD, Trakhees, ADM, and other relevant authorities.
• Raise and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation, including inspection logs, test reports, and material records.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports to management and consultants.
