Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all QC activities on-site for civil works.
Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents.
Prepare and implement Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and quality procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality standards.
Identify and document non-conformities, recommend corrective actions.
Liaise with construction teams to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Review and approve material submittals, test reports, and inspection records.
Mentor and guide junior QC staff.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in civil construction QC, preferably on infrastructure projects.
Proven experience in preparing ITPs and quality procedures.
Strong knowledge of international standards and local codes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Certification in QC/QA or related fields is a plus.

Qualifications:

Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO, CSWIP, NACE) are advantageous.
Experience in infrastructure projects such as highways, bridges, or utilities.
