Roles & Responsibilities


Requirements:

-Minimum 3 years proven experience in QHSE, Food Safety, or Quality Assurance (retail/FMCG preferred).
-Strong knowledge of UAE food safety regulations, HSE protocols, and internal auditing.
-Hands-on experience in hygiene inspections, risk assessments, and process improvement.
-Certification in Food Safety / HACCP / Internal Auditing / IOSH will be an added advantage.
-Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

-Ensure compliance with QHSE standards across hypermarket operations.
-Conduct internal audits, hygiene inspections, and staff training.
-Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors.
-Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformities.
-Drive continuous improvement in food safety and workplace safety standards.
