Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the QA team, fostering a strong quality-driven culture.
  • Define, implement, and maintain QA processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
  • Collaborate closely with product and development teams to define testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and release quality expectations.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and security.
  • Track, analyze, and report QA metrics to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of software QA experience, including at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar tools.
  • Solid experience with API testing.
  • Proven ability to manage QA teams and establish scalable QA processes.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered QA tools is a plus.
  • Experience with performance and security testing is a bonus.
