Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and documentation of internal audits, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical, engineering, and management to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to senior management.
  • Oversee the investigation and resolution of quality-related issues, ensuring root causes are identified and preventive measures are established.
  • Train and mentor junior QA staff, fostering a culture of quality and professional development within the team.
  • Review and approve documentation related to quality assurance, including SOPs, work instructions, and validation protocols.
  • Ensure that all products and services meet established quality standards before delivery to clients or patients.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence.
  • Support external audits and inspections, coordinating with regulatory bodies and clients as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within the healthcare or medical services sector.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct audits, analyze data, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proficiency in quality assurance tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff is an advantage.
  • Ability to work onsite and commit to a full-time, long-term role.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
