Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing and monitoring QA processes across pharmacy branches.
- Ensuring compliance with MOH regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Preparing reports on quality performance and recommending improvements.
- Coordinating with branch managers and pharmacists to maintain consistent quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Pharmacy Chain (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and quality compliance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
