Roles & Responsibilities

  • As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Implementing and monitoring QA processes across pharmacy branches.
  • Ensuring compliance with MOH regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Preparing reports on quality performance and recommending improvements.
  • Coordinating with branch managers and pharmacists to maintain consistent quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Pharmacy Chain (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and quality compliance standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
