Job description

We are recruiting a Senior Product & System Quality Engineer, capable of managing both the Quality Management System (QMS) and product quality, while supporting the teams in the field.

Qualifications

Quality Management (QMS)

Deploy and ensure compliance with quality policies and QMS according to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, EN9100, ISO 14001 standards.

Perform and monitor internal and external audits, action plans and management reviews.

Participate in mission kick-off meetings and process reviews.

Develop, monitor and analyze quality indicators (non-conformities, corrective actions, customer satisfaction).

Write and update quality documents (procedures, instructions, quality plans).

Contribute to the maintenance and renewal of quality certifications.

Product Quality & Operational Support

Guarantee the compliance of our service with clients from the start of the missions.

Support the operational teams in the processing of customer complaints and the follow-up of corrective action plans.

Apply and train in quality tools: 8D, FMECA, QRQC, Pareto, SWOT, Ishikawa, PDCA, ....

Be the technical support for the field teams to solve quality problems.

Represent the company and our operational teams with customers and on site and be their preferred quality interlocutor.

Management & Coordination

Managing a quality team

Participate in the Executive Committee and work cross-functionally with the various departments.

Coordinate communication between sites, customers, auditors and support functions.

Manage continuous improvement and the deployment of best practices on the site.

Travel

Frequent trips to production sites to accompany the field and ensure the follow-up of action plans

Profile sought:

Bac+5: Quality Engineer, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of experience in product quality and/or QMS in the automotive or aeronautical industry.

Mastery of standards and standards: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, EN9100, ISO 14001.

Field operational experience in the management of customer complaints and follow-up of action plans.

Mastery of quality tools: 8D, FMEMA, QRQC, SWOT, Pareto, Ishikawa, PDCA, ....

Team management and project management skills.

Excellent analytical skills, responsiveness and initiative.

Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and pedagogy.

Fluency in professional English.
