Senior Quality Manager

Summary:
As a Senior Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality management systems that align with international standards such as ISO 9001.
Lead internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and analyze quality metrics to drive data-driven decisions and improve overall performance.
Provide leadership and guidance to quality assurance teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management roles within the manufacturing or service industry.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
