Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Location : Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for civil projects.
Manage and control project costs through all project phases.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
Measure and value work done on-site, including progress claims and variations.
Maintain up-to-date project records and documentation.
Provide strategic advice on cost management and procurement strategies.
Support project managers with financial reporting and risk assessment.
Ensure compliance with relevant contractual and legal standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role, with a strong civil project background in GCC and preferably in Qatar,
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and cost estimating software
Must have a valid UPDA certificate.
