Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reporting for large-scale roads, drainage, and utilities projects.

Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and oversee procurement.

Administer contracts, variations, claims, and payment certifications.

Provide commercial advice, value engineering input, and risk management support.

Liaise with Ashghal, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve commercial issues.


Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Professional membership (MRICS, MCIArb) preferred.

10+ years' experience (5+ in infrastructure projects in the Middle East).

Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and cost management software.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
