Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
Conduct detailed cost analysis and provide advice on cost control and value engineering.
Manage contract administration, variations, claims, and final accounts.
Monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reporting.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure accurate cost management throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior QS team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant QS experience, preferably in large-scale construction projects in Qatar.
Proven experience in pre- and post-contract cost management.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, construction methods, and materials.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in relevant QS software and MS Office.
Desired Candidate Profile
