Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of cost estimates and budgets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Conduct detailed risk assessments for projects, identifying potential cost implications and mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee the procurement process, evaluating supplier bids and negotiating contracts to achieve favorable terms for the organization.
  • Manage project cash flow through rigorous financial forecasting and reporting, ensuring timely payment to subcontractors and suppliers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field, with a strong academic track record.
  • Professional certification such as MRICS or equivalent, demonstrating commitment to industry standards and best practices.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Experience in both public and private sector projects, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and cost drivers.
