Review and administer contracts in accordance with project requirements. Ensure compliance with contract conditions and commercial procedures. Verify quantities for civil and infrastructure works. Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in subcontractor selection. Prepare and administer subcontract agreements Review and certify subcontractor payment applications. Manage subcontractor variations and claims. Identify variations and prepare variation orders. Evaluate and negotiate variations with the client/consultant. Prepare and manage contractual claims including extension of time (EOT) and cost claims. Prepare and submit interim payment applications to the client. Review and verify work progress for payment certification. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and planning teams. Attend commercial meetings with clients and consultants.
