Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cost management and commercial activities across projects
- Oversee contract administration, claims, and dispute resolution
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
- Provide strategic commercial guidance to project teams
- Mentor and supervise junior QS staff
Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years post MRICS experience
- Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- 7+ years of experience with a strong focus on MEP
- Proven track record on major infrastructure or aviation projects
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
