Dubai based Senior Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract) – Consultants experience Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, UAE, to lead pre-contract commercial and cost management for one of the Giga projects in KSA for high-end residential villa community. This role requires a strong background in consultancy-led project environments, with a particular focus on experience gained on master planned projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Role Overview Reporting to the commercial Director for pre-contract, focusing on cost planning, value engineering, and the procurement support. You will manage significant high-end residential assets and associated community infrastructure (e.g., mosques, parks) while ensuring commercial viability and budget alignment. Key Responsibilities Full pre contract services for Master planned project

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering. Minimum 12 years of overall professional experience in the construction industry. At least 5 years of experience in the GCC region, with strong recent experience working for a consultancy on pre contract KSA projects. Proven track record in pre-contract management for high-end residential or large-scale community projects.
