Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage all post-contract QS activities including valuations, variations, and claims. Review project drawings, BOQs, and site instructions to assess cost implications. Prepare and verify subcontractor payments, cost reports, and progress certificates. Evaluate material consumption, site progress, and financial performance. Coordinate with project, procurement, and accounts teams for cost tracking. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and accurate documentation for billing. Support commercial team in final account preparation and project close-out.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of UAE experience in interior fit-out / joinery projects (post-contract focus). Strong knowledge of cost estimation, variations, and contract administration. Proficient in MS Excel and cost management software. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
