Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of cost estimates and cost plan for structural and architectural works, during concept, schematic, detailed design and tender documents stages
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for structural and architectural works, including materials, labor, and overheads.
• Participate in value engineering
• Involve in the tendering process, including preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts.

Skills:

• Good understanding of structural and architectural for hotel and infrastructure works.
• Proficient in cost estimating software and MS Office
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Above 12 years
• Experience in Pre- Contract QS works for hotel and infrastructure
